White Cross
The White Cross Women's ministry make layette sets for new moms to take their babies home in and also make bandages for the Tandala Hospital, which is located in the Democratic Republic of Congo. For more information on the hospital, visit www.touchglobal.org.
The women meet every second Monday of the month at 1.00pm at church. For more information about the White Cross, contact Jane Linder.
The Women's Retreat
Women enthusiastically look forward to the retreat, which is a time for women to experience strong Bible teaching, meaningful fellowship, and personal counselling for those who desire it. The event has begun to draw women, not only from Lamson, but also from other churches in the area, and those who do not have a church home. The retreat may take place at Camp Shamineau or at a hotel, and is usually scheduled for mid-April.
